DDMS is a powerful multi-purpose data management software that tracks all of your collections.
Inventory Items can store multiple product locations, conditions, prices, and quantities, and also maintains a history of orders. You can also set the amount it costs to produce the item, what kind of parts are associated with the inventory, and more information such as the default sales tax. Alerts also provide notifications when your inventory items need to be re-ordered.
This software can also be used to store customer and vendor contact information and their associated order histories. Furthermore, you can link similar customers together, group customers together by categories such as family members, and store events such as upcoming appointments and more. Our emailing system also allows you to email invoices and orders directly to customers.
Additional basic and advanced Fields can be added to your customer, vendor, inventory, and service items to describe more information.
DDMS allows you to generate highly professional orders that sell inventory, purchase inventory, or charge customers based on rentals. Additionally, you can print packing slips, receipts, and labels, and also set discounts, due dates, tracking shipment information, payment histories, and associated charges and fees. Orders can also be automatically created as a recurring order, while equations can be written to calculate profits.
Filter and analyze your item and order data using the customizable Report Editor. Here you can group data by sections, calculate the sum of prices and counts, and display financial reports that show where your sales are the strongest.
